The game won't connect / windows look broken
Start the game with the Echoes Launcher, not Neuz.exe. It downloads the latest patch. If the launcher can't reach the patch server it tells you within a few seconds: press Retry.
Where do I store items for all my characters?
The Item PC Box (Ctrl+I) is account-wide storage. Currencies and materials go in the Currency & Material Manager (Ctrl+W) and take no bag space.
My bag was full. Did I lose my reward?
No. Rewards that don't fit (World Boss, Echo Hunts, the Exchange, gift boxes) come by mail, and a gift box stays in your bag when there is no room for what it gives.
Why didn't I get the World Boss / Echo Hunt reward?
- World Boss: deal 0.5% of its HP, or heal / buff the fighters for 30 seconds. One reward per PC.
- Echo Hunts: deal at least 1% of its HP and be near at the kill. There are daily limits per character (MVP 1 per boss, Participation 3, Kill 10).
When are the weekly prizes given?
The weekly boards fill live, but prizes and ranking banners are handed out once the week is over (boards reset on Monday). See Hall of Records.
Can my alts share daily entries?
No. Daily and weekly limits (dungeon points, the Endless Tower, Echo Grounds time) count per account, IP and PC.
Does Auto Hunt work everywhere?
Everywhere except the World Boss arena. On the farming maps it works too; in Single Target fields it uses normal attacks.
Are staff on the rankings?
No, staff are never ranked. Every item or Penya a staff member gives to a player is announced to the whole server.
