Reporting Bugs and Players

Found a bug, an exploit or someone breaking the rules? Tell the staff from inside the game:

  • type /report,
  • the Report button in the Start menu,
  • the flag icon on your screen,
  • or right-click a player > Report.

Writing a report

  1. Pick what it is: Bug, Exploit, Player, Suggestion or Other.
  2. Give it a short title and write what you did, what you expected and what happened. The more steps, the faster we can fix it.
  3. For a Player report, type their name (right-click > Report fills it in for you).
  4. Press Send Report.

The game adds by itself: where you are (the map and your position), your level and job, the time, and - if you leave the box ticked - your last 20 chat lines. For a Player report, the last lines that player said are added too.

The report has no picture. If the staff need one, open a ticket on our Discord.

You can send one report a minute and 10 a day.

My Reports

The My Reports tab shows every report you sent, its status (New, Looking, Fixed, Not a Bug, Rewarded) and the staff's answer. An answer also comes as a mail and a chat line.

Bug Hunter Tickets

When a bug or exploit report is proven, the staff can reward you with Bug Hunter Tickets (by mail). Spend them in the Bug Hunter shop.

Exploits

Found a way to duplicate items or get things for free? Report it - do not use it. Reporting is rewarded; using an exploit is not.
